Disappearance of Louisiana Lyft Driver Turned Over To DA

Lyft driver Ella Goodie's disappearance case has been turned over to the Calcasieu Parish District Attorney's Office for review as she was last seen on March 9th and police have determined it to likely be a homicide, with Brandon Francisco identified as a person of interest in the case, who is already serving 30 years in prison for an unrelated attempted second-degree murder charge.
