The Michigan Court of Appeals has decided that the parents of the Oxford High School shooter, who killed four classmates and injured others before pleading guilty to four counts of first-degree murder, can be prosecuted with involuntary manslaughter charges after they had knowledge of their son's mental instability and gifted him a gun that was later used in the shooting.
