Eine einstweilige Anordnung ist ein spezielles Rechtsmittel, welches von Gerichten erlassen wird, um schnelle und vorläufige Entscheidungen zu treffen, wenn die Notwendigkeit besteht, bis zu einer finalen Gerichtsentscheidung. Einstweilige Anordnungen können in verschiedenen Kontexten wie z.B. im Familienrecht, Arbeitsrecht oder im gewerblichen Rechtsschutz eingesetzt werden. In der Regel erfordert eine einstweilige Anordnung, dass der Antragsteller schwerwiegende Gründe für die dringende Notwendigkeit einer solchen Anordnung darlegt. Das Gericht kann dann eine vorläufige Anordnung erlassen, um die Situation zu stabilisieren und das endgültige Ergebnis des Verfahrens abzuwarten.
