The International Nuremberg Principles Academy, which is dedicated to promoting international criminal law and human rights and is based in Nuremberg, Germany, is seeking a new referee with demonstrated expertise in international criminal law and humanitarian law, as well as a proven track record of designing and conducting programs in the fields of international law and human rights, capacity building, and interdisciplinary applied research, to be responsible for the design, development, and administration of projects in the three focus areas of the Academy: ICL/IHL, capacity building, and applied interdisciplinary research.
The international workshop, funded by the School of Law and School of Politics and International Studies of the University of Leeds, will focus on the professionals that populate International Criminal Justice and their assumptions about professionalism, professional behaviour, and professional sense of self within this field.
